To effectively support the CSOs,   PS,   and   other   MSMEs,   KAKDET   requires   strong   systems and structures. Under this strategic priority, KAKDET will pursue a strategy of institutional strengthening of all its systems, structures, networks, and partnerships. In addition to the internal strengthening of KAKDET, the organization will support the strengthening of the CSOs, PS, and other MSMEs to participate effectively and efficiently in the development of Kakamega Community through a concerted “Organizational Development” process.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To strengthen KAKDET’s systems and structures to promote efficiency and effectiveness
2. To strengthen KAKDET’s capacity to mobilize resources and develop partnerships and networks
3. To strengthen the systems and structures of KAKDET-involved CSOs, PS, and other MSMEs in implementing development activities
4. To strengthen the knowledge management capacity of KAKDET and its partners (CSOs, PS, and MSMEs)
